Czech/Slovak-Speaking Travel Support Agent
Location: Remote (within Greece only) or Office-based in Athens
Employment Type: Full-time rotating shifts (including mornings afternoons & weekends)
Relocation Package: Yes full support to relocate to Greece

Were excited to welcome a friendly Czech/Slovak-speaking Travel Support Agent to our teamwhether youre already in Greece or ready for a fresh relocation. Were offering a relocation package to Greece for candidates moving in.
What Youll Be Doing
- Being the go-to support contact for Czech/Slovak-speaking clients and hotel/accommodation partners via phone chat and email.
- Managing queries on bookings room modifications rates availability and extranet tools.
- Using our systems and processes to deliver accurate complete timely responses.

Ensuring every partner interaction is positive professional and supportive.
- Continuously learning our travel products and services so you stay confident and proactive.
Your Profile What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent in Czech and/or Slovak (spoken & written) and fluent in English (minimum B2).

Comfortable using MS Office and digital support tools.

Able to work rotating shifts including mornings afternoons & weekends.
- Currently residing in Greece or open and able to relocate (with our relocation support).
- Strict requirement: You must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Greek work permit no sponsorship provided.
- Friendly service-oriented mindset with a strong command of communication and problem-solving.
