German-Speaking Travel Support Agent
Location: Remote (within Greece only) or Office-based in Athens
Employment Type: Full-time rotating shifts (mornings weekends afternoons)
Start Date: Immediate
Relocation Package: Yes full support to relocate to Greece

Were now welcoming a friendly and motivated German-speaking Travel Support Agent to join the team either remotely from within Greece or onsite in Athens. If youre abroad no worries the company offers a smooth relocation package to Greece.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting German-speaking clients and accommodation partners via phone chat or email.
- Handling enquiries about bookings room availability rates tools modifications and partner needs.
- Using internal systems to deliver accurate complete and timely information.

Ensuring a positive partner experience with every interaction.
- Continuously developing your travel-product knowledge to support partners with confidence.
Your Profile What Were Looking For

Native/fluent German (spoken & written) and fluent English (minimum B2).

Comfortable with MS Office and digital support tools.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including mornings afternoons and weekends.

Living in Greece or open to relocating with full support.
- Strict requirement: EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit (no sponsorship available).
