Responsibilities

Support customers with travel bookings changes and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding reservations policies and itineraries

Handle customer communication via phone email and chat

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Document interactions according to internal procedures
Requirements

Fluency in one Nordic language (C1/C2) and good English (B2)

Customer service or travel industry experience is an advantage

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate and work in Greece

EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
