Nordic Speaking Travel Support Consultant Relocation to Greece
Introduction
Are you passionate about travel and customer service We are looking for a Nordic Speaking Travel Support Consultant to join an international team in this role you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries while enjoying a dynamic multicultural work environment.
Responsibilities

Support customers with travel bookings changes and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding reservations policies and itineraries

Handle customer communication via phone email and chat

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Document interactions according to internal procedures
Requirements

Fluency in one Nordic language (C1/C2) and good English (B2)

Customer service or travel industry experience is an advantage

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate and work in Greece

EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
