What you will do:

Deliver top-notch support to Estonian-speaking customers via phone email and chat
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment
Keep up with product knowledge and internal procedures to offer accurate solutions

What you bring:

Fluency in Estonian (C1) and good English communication skills (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
