The Role
We are looking for a motivated Intern or Junior Consultant to join our Athens hub. This unique role is designed for someone who wants to get their hands dirty with real-world operations while simultaneously building the future of automated support using Agentic AI.
For the first 36 months you will operate in a dual-mode capacity:
- Week A (Operations): You will provide L1 technical support for a major data platform. To support our global reach this involves on-call shifts around the clock.
- Week B (Innovation): You will transition to the project team to develop an Agentic AI solution designed to automate L1 support. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert translating your real-world troubleshooting experience from Week A into logic and workflows for the AI agent.
Your Tasks
- Monitoring and troubleshooting data platform issues during on-call rotations (L1 Support).
- Documenting recurring issues and edge cases to build a robust knowledge base.
- Designing and developing AI Agents that can autonomously handle common support queries and technical hurdles.
- Collaborating with senior consultants to integrate GenAI tools into our service delivery.
- Presenting your progress on the AI automation project to internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
- University degree (or final year) in Computer Science Data Engineering or a related technical field.
- Foundational knowledge in SQL and Python.
- Resilience and Reliability: The ability to manage a non-standard shift schedule (e.g. 2am10am) every other week during the initial phase.
- Analytical Mindset: A builder mentality: you dont just want to fix a problem; you want to build a system that fixes it forever.
- Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply.
- Interest in growing into a Consulting career path.
