What Youll Do:

Provide top-notch customer service and support to German-speaking clients.
Assist with queries related to digital marketing and web design and offer practical solutions.
Use your knowledge and enthusiasm for the digital space to engage customers and help solve their issues.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and web design to provide informed recommendations.

What Were Looking For:

Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) in both spoken and written communication.
Knowledge or experience in digital marketing or web design (mandatory).
Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn and grow in a digital environment.
Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
