About the Role
Were hiring German-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international team in Lisbon Portugal. Youll work on a well-known global search engine project supporting German-speaking users and helping them have a smooth online experience.
No previous experience is needed. If youre a good communicator enjoy problem-solving and like helping people well provide full paid training to help you succeed.

What Youll Do
- Support German-speaking users via phone email and chat
- Help with questions related to services navigation and privacy settings
- Provide clear friendly and effective solutions
- Work closely with your team to resolve issues quickly
What Were Looking For
- Fluent German (C1C2) and good English (B2)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- No experience required training is provided
- Comfortable with digital tools
- Willing to work on-site in Lisbon
