Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
Quality Assurance: Consistently meet targets for response time handle time and resolution rate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Adaptability: Take on any additional tasks that enhance service quality or improve your key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring to the Role:

Fluency in Swedish (C1) and English (B2): You communicate effectively in both languages both spoken and written.
Motivation & Drive: You are eager to take on challenges and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a focus on problem-solving.
Strong Communication Skills: Youre articulate and capable of handling different customer queries with ease.
