Job Summary

Are you a hands-on professional with a knack for managing buildings and operations Join our team in Bogotá Colombia as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our workspace infrastructure in one of Latin Americas fastest-growing business hubs.

What Youll Do

Oversee daily facilities operations ensuring buildings are clean safe and efficient
Coordinate maintenance activities including HVAC electrical plumbing and structural systems
Manage and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians and external service providers
Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected facility failures
Lead on-site inspections and implement safety protocols
Liaise with security IT and operations teams to ensure facilities support business needs
Maintain accurate records including maintenance logs vendor contracts and compliance documentation
Support renovation projects office moves and space reconfigurations

Who You Are

Experienced in facilities management building operations or maintenance supervision
Strong technical understanding of infrastructure systems (mechanical electrical plumbing)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills able to coordinate teams and external suppliers
Proactive detail-oriented and safety-focused
Problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills C1 level English required
