Job Summary

Are you a tech-savvy network professional ready to make a real impact in one of Latin Americas most vibrant and fast-growing cities Were seeking a Network Administrator to join our team in Bogotá Colombia where youll maintain and scale mission-critical infrastructure that supports global operations.

What Youll Do

Design implement and maintain network infrastructure: switches routers firewalls and wireless systems
Monitor network performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or outages
Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues ensuring high availability and security
Configure VPNs VLANs QoS and optimize data traffic across multiple locations
Collaborate with IT cloud and data center teams to align networking initiatives with broader business goals
Manage network documentation diagrams and standard operating procedures
Implement and enforce network security best practices including firewalls and access controls
Support network upgrades migrations and new deployments

Who You Are

A seasoned Network Administrator (5 years) or similar engineering role
Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP BGP OSPF) and routing technologies
Experience with firewalls VPNs and high-availability configurations
Familiarity with packet capture tools and network diagnostic tools (e.g. Wireshark)
Comfortable working with both on-prem and cloud-based environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
