Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a passion for helping others and a drive for personal and professional growth.
As a Benefits Specialist you will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefits helping them understand coverage options and ensuring their needs are fully met.
Responsibilities

Contact and schedule appointments with members who have requested benefit information.

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to review and explain benefit packages.

Assist clients in completing necessary enrollment documents.

Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

Provide ongoing support and service to existing policyholders.

Participate in team meetings training sessions and leadership development programs.
Qualifications
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer proficiency.

Previous customer service sales or insurance experience is an asset but not required training is provided.

Must be 18 and able to pass a background screening.
