Reports to: Visual Presentation Manager
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Presentation Specialist to support the planning and execution of seasonal visual direction while ensuring brand consistency across all stores. This role works closely with the Visual Presentation Manager and Visual Supervisor to develop communicate and execute visual presentation standards aligned with brand objectives and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of monthly mock store setups in alignment with the Visual Presentation Manager and brand strategies
- Style all mannequins and create key seasonal looks that reflect current trends and brand direction
- Maintain ongoing communication with Planning Allocation and Merchandising teams to track merchandise flow late arrivals and cancellations
- Create and manage processes with Marketing partners to ensure floor sets meet all visual and marketing requirements
- Provide input on strategic store plans events and visual presentation kits for store teams
- Support and execute all visual presentation projects from concept through completion
- Lead competitive retail research and deliver trend recaps and market analysis to the visual team.

Qualifications and Competencies
- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising visual planning or fashion retail
- Proficiency in Photoshop InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
