Position: Customer Success Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Coordinator. As a contractor you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers building strong relationships and providing timely and effective communication
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience
- Onboard new learners and guide them through our services ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
- Provide ongoing support to learners troubleshooting issues and resolving any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall learner experience
- Monitor customer usage and performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the team to drive product improvements and enhancements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve our customer success strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Teaching
- 2 years of experience in teaching English (customer success or account management a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Location:
This is a remote position based in Brazil. You will have the flexibility to work from home.
