Czech / German-Speaking QA Specialist Varna Bulgaria

What youll do

Review and evaluate customer interactions (calls chats emails) for quality and accuracy.

Support training sessions and help maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams on performance reviews and audits.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and overall satisfaction.

What youll bring

Native or fluent Czech and/or German with good command of English (B2).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Customer Service.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Great attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Positive proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
