Job Summary

Dispatch Manager - Dedicated Trucking

Dedicated Carrier looking for qualified Dispatch Manager will oversee a 27 driver shipping operation. Will work closely with onsite supervisor and a PM off site dispatcher.

Requirements:

Must understand or have prior experience with dedicated freight.

Greographic knowledge of Western & Central NY PA OH Canada and Northeast in general.

Be able to multi task in a high paced enviroment.

Be available for after hours and weekends as needed.

7 years logistics transportation and shipping management experience with dispatch and routing.

Specifications

27 full time drivers and yard jockeys - 2 shifts

Must be professional and able to interface with high profile customers

Strong written and verbal skills are a must excellent computeer skills and knowledge of DOT/regulatory compliance

TMW & PeopleNet experience preferred
