We take a fully integrated approach to make our clients vision a reality. The Neenan Company is currently looking to grow our team with an experienced Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for the operational and financial success of the projects assigned under their responsibility. A few primary measures of success are as follows:
oOverall project and team success
oCustomer satisfaction
oAll employees are expected to practice Archistruction
oProfitability and timely project completion
oResponsible for the oversight and completion of the day-to-day project progression

Primary Responsibilities:
oProject Management responsibilities include contract administration cost management subcontractor negotiations and management project buyout project scheduling safety administration document control RFI and submittal review and administration and project closeout.
oEffective use of the project reporting tools forecasting tools standards procedures processes controls.
oKeep the project and team on the path toward the goals strategies and objectives of the project.
oMaintain open and positive relationships with clients through regularly scheduled meetings and address their concerns.
oSupervise and manage Assistant Project Management and Project Engineer staff.
oTeach others that may be working with you and be responsible for their effectiveness in interacting with the team.
oEffectively manage risk associated with multiple contract types.
oManage multiple projects.

Qualifications:
oBachelors degree or related experience
oMin. 5 years of experience in Project Management leading and managing people
oThorough knowledge of commercial healthcare education or multi-family construction
oStrong leadership skills
oAbility to work in multiple software platforms efficiently including:
oMicrosoft Office Suite
oMicrosoft Project
oCMiC
oBluebeam
oAutodesk Build
oAbility to travel in and out of state
oAbility to temporarily relocate for a project if needed
