We are hiring an experienced Service Technician to perform tool repair calibration field service and mechanical troubleshooting for clients onshore and offshore. This role involves hands-on work with hydraulic and torque tools customer training and equipment demonstrations. Up to 40% travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair service and calibrate hydraulic torque and mechanical tools
- Provide field service and offshore technician support
- Conduct customer training and tool demonstrations
- Assemble maintain and modify toolkits and equipment
- Track parts maintain inventory and manage repair documentation
- Support trade shows by packing and preparing tools and booths
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on mechanical skills with hydraulic and torque tools
- Knowledge of tool calibration minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Proficient in MS Office and service documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding
- Work safely in shop field and offshore environments
