Position Summary:
This role provides leadership and support to senior executive leadership responsible for all nursing and designated patient care functions within the hospital. The RN Director will assist in assessing planning coordinating implementing and evaluating nursing practice across multiple units. The role carries 24/7 responsibility for assigned areas and ensures high-quality safe and appropriate nursing care staff competency and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Provide leadership guidance and advocacy for professional nursing practice.
- Serve as a role model for clinical staff and support a culture of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations and quality outcomes.
Education Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- Nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or director.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
