Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Department

RN DIR - ED

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director Emergency Department candidates will have the following minimum job responsibilities:

As Director of Emergency Services youll provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a large high-volume department. Youll guide a talented team ensure the highest standards of care and drive performance improvement across all aspects of emergency nursing.

This role offers:

Full 24-hour accountability for the Emergency Department
The opportunity to lead 100 FTEs serving approximately 5000 patients per month

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Department

RN DIR - ED

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director Emergency Department candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Current and valid RN license
BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (current or obtained upon hire)
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
Minimum 3 years of acute care experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role
BSN required (or actively enrolled with completion within one year)
