The Role
You will lead institutional business development and capital attraction across the companys ecosystem. The focus is on building and expanding relationships with family offices funds market makers and institutional partners while driving TVL growth and revenue across companys restaking and yield products.
What Youll Do
- Represent the company and its portfolio products to institutions: family offices UHNIs VCs hedge funds and other professional investors.
- Drive capital inflow and TVL growth in your region.
- Build tailored solutions and product structures that increase conversion and adoption.
- Use your network to support the top of the funnel and collaborate closely with the SDR team.
- Maintain long-term relationships with investors strategic partners and ecosystem players.
- Attend industry events identify new opportunities and open high-value institutional doors.
- Track market shifts competitor moves and regulatory updates to guide strategy.
What You Bring to the Table
- Over 4 years fundraising with Institutions in DeFi - Youve actively raised capital from institutions and understand DeFi markets in depth.
- Over 3 years institutional farming / portfolio growth for digital assets - Youve managed optimized or grown institutional digital asset farming strategies.
- Experience at companies operating across DeFi Fintech and TradFi while managing Institutions - You understand how these worlds interact and have worked in hybrid environments.
- Strong institutional network across crypto DeFi fintech or traditional finance.
- Proven ability to attract capital close deals and build strategic partnerships.
- Solid understanding of restaking liquid tokens structured products and digital asset yield strategies.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving early-stage environments.
