Job Description

Lead all aspects of personal injury litigation from pre-suit through trial.
Conduct depositions of parties witnesses and expert witnesses.
Develop and execute case strategy including motion practice and discovery.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients at mediations arbitrations and settlement conferences.
Serve as first or second chair in trialhandling jury selection direct/cross examinations and overall case presentation.
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the litigation team to maintain high standards of advocacy.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar license.
5 years of personal injury litigation experience with trial exposure.
Strong trial preparation strategy and courtroom advocacy skills.
Exceptional research writing and case management abilities.
Detail-oriented proactive and able to handle multiple cases effectively.
