About the Role:

Assist customers via phone email and chat by answering questions resolving issues and delivering top-quality support

Handle account updates troubleshoot technical concerns and address requests promptly and effectively
Keep detailed and precise documentation of all customer interactions to maintain consistent service excellence
Stay up to date on company policies product changes and internal procedures to offer informed and reliable assistance
Collaborate with team members exchange insights and contribute suggestions to enhance processes and overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level)
Proficiency in English (B1 level)
Turkish Citizenship
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
