Job Description
- Conduct daily monitoring reviews and assessments prepare documentation measure quality performance of moderators
- Review track and manage implementation & efficiency of all quality monitoring procedures and systems
- Conduct reviews of individual / team capability to ensure quality performance met targets provide ongoing training on new policies
- Review client claims and non-compliance issues
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement best practice appropriate and applicable to improving overall quality
- Develop recommend and monitor corrective & preventive actions
- Evaluate and audit team quality including both internal and external reports
- Check and validate findings implement appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain standards and performance quality for all service provided
- Maintain good communication with development teams to improve business processes
Requirement
- Bachelors Degree or Higher in any fieled.
- 1 years experience in Content Moderator QA or any position in Customer Services is advantage.
- New Gards are welcome.
- Good at English communication (Eng - C1 Level )
- Laos native or Laos speaker in near native lavel.
- Proficient at detecting patterns observing and interpreting data integrate new information and decisions based on data-oriented
- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Products
- Experienced with giving / providing training of any kind
- Works independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
- Shift work: 8hr/day 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.
- Able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.
