Job Summary

Our client a leading Oil & Gas exploration and production company is seeking an Analyst Community Enhancement (CSR Officer) to join their team in Chumphon as 1-year contract (renewal)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial reviews of proposed community programs and provide comments/recommendations to support management decision-making.
Monitor and ensure effective execution of community initiatives.
Support the development of annual Goals & KPIs for Community Enhancement programs including regular monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure CSR program success.
Build maintain and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders in designated geographic areas.
Contribute insights and recommendations for strategic stakeholder relationship management to support both short-term and long-term business needs.
Provide input on expanding CSR initiatives and enhancing engagement with neighboring communities (e.g. Surat Thani Nakhon Si Thammarat).
Handle sensitive communications with stakeholders with professionalism and care.
Represent the company at public events as appropriate.
Track and manage community project budgets including planning forecasting monitoring and reporting on budget utilization.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development public communication/engagement CSR social campaigns or related areas.
Strong command of Thai; fair proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage sensitive topics across diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to work independently under pressure and with strong commitment and resilience.
Capability to work in remote locations; mobility is required.
Ability to integrate well with local communities and stakeholders; prior experience gaining community acceptance is an advantage.
Pleasant passionate adaptive personality with the ability to blend into different environments.
Positive attitude toward work people and the environment; demonstrates creative thinking.
High sensitivity and respect toward local norms cultures and communication nuances.
