Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic live-studio environment based in Belgrade a vibrant capital where affordability culture and energetic city life meet We are looking for a reliable and organised Uniform Team Lead to oversee uniform logistics inventory management and team coordination ensuring smooth studio operations and high standards of presentation.

What youll do

• Oversee inventory and stock management for all uniforms and related wardrobe items track stock levels process restocking requests and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all uniform-related operations.
• Monitor stock movement and usage trends to spot patterns or potential issues and maintain up-to-date documentation of inventory and distribution.
• Manage daily team operations: coordinate scheduling attendance and holiday planning supervise team members onboard new staff and ensure everyone follows uniform policies and procedures.
• Propose and implement improvements to uniform-management processes streamline procedures enhance efficiency and maintain consistent on-camera appearance standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to handle acquisitions replacements or special uniform orders ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Generate regular reports on operational performance stock levels and team metrics for management.

What were looking for

• Excellent command of English (C1) strong communication skills for teamwork and documentation.
• Experience in stock or inventory management and at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role. Background in logistics warehouse retail or studio wardrobe management is a plus.
• High attention to detail methodical work style and strong organisational skills to handle inventory documentation and scheduling reliably.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills able to manage a small team coordinate efforts provide training and ensure standards are met consistently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced shift-based live-studio environment adaptable to changing demands and schedules.
