Link Building & SEO Outreach (Team Lead)

AWISEE is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping clients run high-impact SEO and link-building campaigns. We are looking for a Link Building & SEO Outreach Team Lead to manage and mentor our outreach and research teams ensuring campaigns run smoothly reports are accurate and client expectations are consistently met.

In this role your primary focus will be on campaign fulfillment making sure domains are being secured efficiently to meet client budgets and scale campaigns directly impacting revenue and sales across all key accounts.

You will manage the Link Building / SEO Outreach team to ensure that domains coming in from the research team meet the required scope and that the outreach team confirms opportunities and provides accurate reporting.

You will work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs translate them into actionable campaigns and drive execution to fully deliver on campaign demands. Additionally you will support hiring and scaling the team while driving process improvements and coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Fulfillment & Execution: Ensure all campaigns are executed efficiently securing domains to meet client budgets and objectives. Focus on scaling campaigns to increase revenue and sales across all key accounts.
  

• Team Management: Oversee the Link Building / SEO Outreach teams to ensure proper coordination between research and outreach. Make sure domains meet scope requirements and are confirmed with accurate reporting throughout the workflow.
  

• Collaboration with Account Managers: Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and translate them into actionable link-building strategies. Ensure execution aligns with client expectations and campaign budgets.
  

• Hiring & Team Growth: Support recruiting onboarding and training new team members to scale outreach and link-building efforts.
  

• Reporting & Analysis: Produce campaign performance reports track KPIs and provide insights to senior management to optimize results.
  

• Workflow & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in securing domains or executing campaigns and implement solutions to improve efficiency and coordination between teams.
  

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all domains prospects and outreach activities meet defined quality standards.
  

• Tool Oversight: Monitor use of SEO and prospecting tools (Ahrefs SEMrush ScrapeBox) to ensure accurate and effective domain research.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience working for a Link Building & SEO Agency and in charge of the Link Building /SEO Outreach Efforts
  

• Experience in hiring training or scaling teams
  

• Proficient with SEO and prospecting tools (Ahrefs SEMrush ScrapeBox or similar).
  

• Strong organizational analytical and reporting skills.
  

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate teams and senior management.
  

• Ability to monitor multiple campaigns while maintaining high quality standards.
  

• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor motivate and support team members.
