Job Summary

We are currently supporting an international project within the pharmaceutical industry in recruiting an Operational Support professional to strengthen its structure and ensure efficient coordination across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales and marketing teams in executing annual plans and commercial initiatives.
Track and manage promotional materials samples and commercial documentation.
Organize and coordinate training sessions meetings and internal and external events.
Ensure daily administrative and logistical support aligned with the organizations goals.
Manage administrative processes purchase orders contracts and invoicing (POs suppliers procurement).
Support internal and operational communication between Portugal and Spain teams.
Promote a collaborative culture ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

Candidate Profile

Solid experience in administrative or operational roles preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Autonomous proactive and comfortable in dynamic environments.
University degree in Business Administration Communication or a similar field.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) and Spanish as a valuable complement.
Experience with digital tools and management platforms (such as Coupa Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
