About the role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB and . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design build and deploy high-quality scalable and performant applications.

Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive user-friendly front-end interfaces using .
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using and .
Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean reusable and well-documented code following best practices.
Optimize applications for performance security and scalability.
Collaborate with designers QA and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and .
Experience with MongoDB (data modeling aggregation performance tuning).
Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON data structures.
Experience integrating third-party services and APIs such as HubSpot Zoom WhatsApp (WA) Stripe or Twilio.
Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
Familiarity with modern front-end workflows (Webpack Babel etc.).
Basic understanding of authentication (JWT OAuth) and role-based access control.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of or Redux Toolkit.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
