Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end applications for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborating with product designers product managers and other engineers to build user-friendly high-performance software.
- Writing clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
- Writing and Implementing comprehensive use cases and test cases for APIs and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Testing troubleshooting debugging and optimising existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Participating in code reviews providing constructive feedback and maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize expertise to optimize legacy algorithms for improved software performance.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation refactoring and optimization to improve productivity and reduce development time.
- Ensure responsible and secure use of AI including data privacy and cost optimization.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team lead.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in backend languages ( and PHP).
- Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks ( preferred).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and expertise in Object Oriented Design and Database Design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to following coding best practices.
Required Skills: Proficiency in PHP MySQL TypeScript TypeORM JavaScript
