Our client an oil marketing company is seeking to hire a Manager Marketing Digitization & Fuel Cards who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing digital and customer-engagement initiatives aligned with the Companys business objectives. The position will lead digitization efforts across the supply chain in line with OGRAs directives strengthen the Fuel Card business and enhance customer experience through innovative programs partnerships and technology integration.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with the Companys goals.
- Design and execute innovative campaigns to strengthen brand equity customer loyalty and retail traffic.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends emerging opportunities and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with senior management to finalize budgets promotional roadmaps and activity calendars.
- Manage official social media and communication channels to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with marketing and digital agencies for timely and effective execution of campaigns.
2. Digitization Digital Engagement & ERP Integration
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of OGRAs initiative on digitization of the petroleum supply chain across the Companys operations.
- Support ERP and digital system integrations to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop and execute digital content and customer-engagement strategies to increase visibility and retention.
- Lead customer-centric programs such as Customer Service Days to strengthen brand affinity.
- Build partnerships with retail and food service collaborators to introduce cross-promotions loyalty offers and discount programs.
- Oversee the Companys Genie Application for monitoring fuel upliftment and operational analytics.
- Coordinate with banks and fintech partners to expand QR/wallet-based digital payment solutions across the retail network.
- Generate and share operational and sales performance reports to support management decision-making.
3. Fuel Card & Loyalty Programs
- Drive growth adoption and market share of the Companys Fuel Card Program.
- Design and manage loyalty and rewards programs to enhance customer retention and transaction frequency.
- Ensure smooth Fuel Card operations with strong service standards and data integrity.
- Serve as the primary contact for fleet card customers to ensure prompt communication and issue resolution.
4. Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) & Site Development
- Lead development and expansion of NFR offerings including Hasmart Tyre Care and Car Wash services.
- Ensure compliance with and maintenance of Hasmart brand standards across retail sites.
- Work with Retail and Operations teams to improve site aesthetics efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in marketing digital transformation or fuel card management (preferably in the oil or energy sector).
- Strong understanding of retail marketing customer analytics and digital platforms.
- Experience coordinating with regulatory bodies on digitization and compliance initiatives.
- Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder-management skills
