Were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Payoneers marketing efforts in Pakistan. This role is focused on engaging millions of SMBs and professional businesses in Pakistan helping them get paid globally through Payoneers fast flexible secure and low-cost solutions.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented data-driven marketer who can own and grow in-country marketing revenue. You will manage local vendors including PR content creative lead generation and social media while partnering closely with Global Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with regional and global strategies.

What youll do
- Existing customer growth & retention: Drive market-led initiatives and incentive / reward campaigns to boost volume and usage build customer loyalty and increase retention rates.
- Customer acquisition & lead generation: Develop and execute integrated acquisition strategies including paid media ABM and named account targeting to attract high-value ICPs generate qualified leads for Sales and improve funnel conversions (MQL > SQL > Won Deals).
- Events management: Activate online and offline events webinars workshops VIP networking dinners and sponsored industry events to acquire high value customers deepen customer relationships and enhance product education.
- PR & media: Secure media coverage interviews byline/ op-ed commentary and speaking opportunities at marquee industry events to build Payoneers media footprint in Pakistan.
- Social & community engagement: Actively monitor social listening manage local community groups and leverage influencer marketing to defend brand reputation and address potential negative sentiment.
- Content creation: Collaborate with content teams to craft compelling stories about Payoneer through eBooks whitepapers website copy and blogs; partner with Sales to develop impactful marketing collateral such as brochures datasheets and presentations.
- Data analytics and KPI reporting: Monitor performance dashboards on a daily basis gather market insights understand customer behaviours identify gaps / blockers and proactively initiate marketing actions to seize growth opportunities.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
- 6 years of marketing experience including at least 3 years in B2B marketing.
- Experience in delivering integrated campaigns across channels such as website PPC SEO Email WhatsApp social media events and PR.
- Strong analytical skills to track measure and optimize campaign performance driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to make strategic decisions in a dynamic environment and anticipate future needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a talent for building strong relationships with partners customers and colleagues.
- Highly organized focused and able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience in the Payments industry is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce data analytics & BI tools preferred.
