Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in performance marketing with proven leadership in multi-brand high-scale digital environments
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI and sustainable growth impact
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager HubSpot Power BI / Looker Studio and attribution tools
  • Deep understanding of key digital metrics including CTR CPA CAC ROAS LTV funnel conversion and customer retention
  • Experience within growth-oriented digital-first platform-led or PropTech-style businesses is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working in or with MNCs with exposure to global marketing standards structured processes governance and cross-regional stakeholders is a strong plus
  • Proven capability in team leadership strategic planning and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable insight-led performance marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels including Google Ads Meta LinkedIn affiliates and retargeting platforms
  • Lead mentor and scale a team of performance specialists to deliver ROI-driven campaigns focused on lead generation and CAC/LTV optimization
  • Manage marketing budgets forecast spend and ensure efficient allocation of investment across channels
  • Design implement and continuously improve conversion tracking attribution models and CRO strategies across lead funnels
  • Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track channel performance ROI and growth trends for leadership visibility
  • Partner closely with senior leadership product and sales teams to align performance initiatives with revenue goals and launch priorities
  • Drive innovation through adoption of advanced marketing tools automation AI-driven bidding strategies and audience segmentation models
  • Stay ahead of global digital marketing trends platform updates and emerging growth practices to maintain competitive advantage
