Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
- Analyze data anticipate problems and implement solutions fast.
- Lead by example: coach manage and elevate a diverse clinic team.
- Handle staff concerns with decisiveness empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
- Set the tone for a warm efficient and responsive clinic experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- 4 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g. clinic retail bank hotel etc.)
- Strong track record in operations management process improvement and staff development
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
- Agile systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges
- Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Passionate about creating impact through organized efficient people-first leadership
- Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week varying rest days)
