Job Summary
Job Title: Portuguese Floor Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Portuguese Floor Manager to oversee daily operations manage staff and ensure excellent customer service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities in Portuguese and English and a solid understanding of operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily floor activities to ensure smooth operations
- Lead motivate and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor staff performance provide training and support team development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Report operational metrics and feedback to higher management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as FLOOR MANAGER in the FX industry
- Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
