As we continue to scale were hiring a Chat Manager to lead our Dutch-speaking chat team a critical revenue-driving function at the core of our business.

About You

Youre a strong team leader with a knack for performance coaching and operational clarity. You thrive in dynamic environments and are confident in managing shift-based high-volume support or sales teams. Youre both data-driven and people-focused understanding how to optimize KPIs while keeping morale high. You speak native-level Dutch and have experience working in remote or tech-enabled teams.

Top Objectives

Ensure the 24/7 Dutch-speaking chat team consistently hits sales and quality KPIs
Oversee onboarding training and performance development across 1530 chat agents
Align chat tone strategy and messaging with brand direction and content efforts
Deliver accurate reporting and collaborate cross-functionally with operations content and finance

Main Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Dutch chat team across shifts ensuring continuity and performance
Manage hiring onboarding and training of new chat agents
Monitor chat metrics including conversion rates upsell performance and quality standards
Coach underperformers and support top-performers through regular 1:1s and structured feedback
Schedule shifts and ensure full team coverage at all times
Partner with content teams to update tone scripts and conversion tactics
Track commissions and collaborate with Finance to ensure reporting accuracy
Run team meetings engage the team and build a strong internal culture
Present weekly/monthly reports and insights to the COO
Identify inefficiencies or workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements

Requirements

Native-level Dutch (spoken & written) good command of English
2 years managing online chat or sales teams (preferably 24/7 or remote)
Proven leadership in performance-based roles: KPI management coaching and growth
Strong organization and planning abilities; comfortable with shift planning
Confident working with dashboards performance reports and basic financial tracking
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Experience in subscription or creator/fan platforms is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

Experience in chat-based sales or fan engagement
Familiarity with CRM and PM tools performance dashboards or automation platforms
Prior experience in a fully remote international environment
