JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary expertise creativity and leadership ensuring that every dining experience exceeds the expectations of our discerning guests. As Executive Chef you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including menu development quality control staff management cost control and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can inspire and mentor a talented culinary team innovate with seasonal and international cuisine and uphold the reputation of our hotel as a destination for exceptional gastronomic experiences. The Executive Chef will work closely with hotel management to align culinary offerings with brand standards guest preferences and profitability goals while fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary food and beverage or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary food and beverage or related professional area.

Experience

• Luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Must be currently working as an Executive Chef or have previously served as a Head Chef in a 5-star property.
