Were now looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee Non-Live workflows at the FIFA World Cup 26 supporting HBS Production Federation teams and Media Partners in delivering world-class broadcast operations.

Your Responsibilities
- CoordinatethesetupanddeliveryofingesteditingmediamanagementanddistributionfacilitiesattheNon-LiveHubinLondon.
- Manageschedulesmilestonesandreportingtoensurefulloperationalreadinessaheadofmatchdayoperations.
- Serveasthetechnicalandoperationalshiftleadforingestanddistributionduringlivematchdaysandceremonies.
- Supportrecruitmentonboardingandmanagementoftechnicalstaffensuringworkflowsareconsistentlyfollowed.
- CollaboratewithHBSteamsITandsupplierstoresolveissuesundertime-criticalconditions.
- MaintainandimproveworkflowdocumentationSOPsandoperationalrecords;leadpost-eventreviews.

- 5yearsexperienceinprogramprojectorproductmanagementinbroadcastpost-productionormediaoperations.
- Strongunderstandingofdigitalproductionworkflowsingesteditingassetmanagementanddistribution.
- ProficientwithAdobeCreativeCloud(PremiereAfterEffectsIllustrator)andworkfloworchestrationtools().
- Experiencewithstorageandmediamanagementsystemstranscodeworkflowsandlarge-scalefiletransfer.
- Skilledatmanagingmultipleprioritiesinfast-pacedhigh-pressureenvironments.
- Strongcommunicatorwithexperienceworkingacrossbroadcastersserviceprovidersormajoreventorganisations.
