As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Design and Customer Exterience team you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accessible user-centric solutions that align user needs with business goals. You will play a key role in the design architecture and functionality of our products ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our customers.
Job responsibilities
- Build relationships with designers to drive adoption of the design system
- Partner with designers engineers and product owners to apply and evolve design patterns and components
- Facilitate workshops trainings and deliver presentations to peers and leaders
- Write maintain and improve UX documentation
- Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems ensuring consistency across products and platforms
- Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insights
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Three years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving digital product experiences
- Proven ability using Figma including crafting libraries components variables and advanced features
- Experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web mobile and digital channels
- Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles accessibility guidelines and assistive technologies
- Capable of independent decision-making and taking direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design rationale
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language to aid collaboration with engineering partners
- Ability to craft illustrations and visual communication
- Knowledgeable in designing both web and native mobile experiences
- History of working with or in design system teams
