WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for a Marketing Executive for its Singapore operations to deliver creative multi-channel marketing campaigns for a new aviation-focused event in Singapore designed to connect key stakeholders within the Asia Pacific aviation sector. As the team continues to expand this role represents an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation.

THE ROLE:

• Work with the Group Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive plus the wider team to develop and implement marketing strategy positioning and key messages and product strategy.
• Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
• Driving of the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
• Oversee and execute community building and social media strategies that drive engagement interaction brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
• Able to identify search words / key terms to be used in data segmentations based on industry knowledge.
• Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels (both organically and paid campaign)
• Database management list management and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience of working as a Marketing Assistant in a similar fast paced environment.
• Ability to produce creatives and execute marketing plans
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms databases email marketing and marketing automation software).
• Strong experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite of products (e.g. Indesign Illustrator Photoshop) or similar programs.
• Experience working with the fundamentals of digital marketing and able to effectively apply digital principles to campaigns.
