- Position Title: Logistic Coordinator / Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Central Marymount
- Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 AWS Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales department in their operations
- Facilitate coordination between customers transporters and warehouses
- Prepare necessary documentation for imports exports transshipments and delivery order releases
- Verify all associated costs
- Respond to inquiries concerning rates shipment tracking and related issues
- Collaborate with oversea agents and customers to guarantee seamless shipment processes

- Min. O level
- Min. 1 year of working experience in related role but must have experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Experience in handling pets/animal shipment is a plus point
