Job Summary
A distinguished Independent School in Colchester is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Music Teacher for an immediate start. This role sits within a vibrant Performing Arts faculty that plays a central role in the cultural life of the school.
About the Role
You will teach Music from KS3KS5 contributing to the academic curriculum as well as a significant performance programme. The school boasts exceptional resources including rehearsal rooms a recording studio a recital hall and specialist music technology suites.
You will also have opportunities to:
Direct choirs ensembles or instrumental groups
Support school concerts productions and seasonal performances
Develop composition performance and listening skills across year groups
Contribute to trips tours and festival participation
