Job Summary
1. Role Overview
Sourcing talented students in India to support a leading AI labs evaluation and research workflows. Freelancers will assess outputs from large language models (LLMs) and contribute to improving system quality. This is an ideal opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience with AI tools in a flexible part-time capacity. The engagement is expected to be short-term with potential for extension based on project needs.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy clarity and relevance.
- Use prompts and feedback loops to assess model behavior.
- Complete structured review tasks and provide quality assessments.
- Follow detailed guidelines and collaborate asynchronously with project leads.
3. Ideal Qualifications
- Current student (undergraduate or Masters) at an accredited Indian university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools or large language models (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Gemini).
- Comfort working independently and managing flexible tasks with minimal supervision.
4. More About the Opportunity
- Remote and asynchronous freelancers set their own hours.
- Estimated 510 hours of work per week.
- Project-based contract with ongoing task availability depending on performance.
5. Compensation & Contract Terms
- 1420/hour for freelancers based in India (converted from USD range).
- Classified as an independent contractor.
- Payments processed weekly via Stripe Connect for completed work.
