The Sales & Development Manager plays a key role in expanding the organisation’s data centre solutions business across Southeast Asia while managing a portfolio of existing accounts. This position requires strong strategic acumen and the ability to develop deep multi-level customer relationships with operators design consultants contractors and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the data centre portfolio and strengthen relationships across C-suite and technical levels.
Identify new opportunities lead business reviews and support customers’ operational and sustainability goals.
Conducting regular business reviews enhancing competitive positioning within accounts and supporting customers’ operational and sustainability objectives through targeted improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal technical R&D and marketing teams to drive solution development and innovation.
Manage account performance prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and monitor market and competitive trends.
Close collaboration with internal technical R&D and marketing teams to drive innovation and communicate the organisation’s full solutions offering.
Requirements
Experience in the data centre industry ideally with regional or corporate account exposure.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to engage both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
Engineering background preferred.
