Job Summary
Salary: $4000
Working hours: 6 days 10hr per day / Flexible shift
Location: Clarke Quay
Jobscope:
- Oversee daily outlet operations and team scheduling
- Drive sales and manage customer satisfaction
- Ensure hygiene food quality and service standards are met
- Handle stock orders inventory and supplier coordination
- Train and manage junior staff and performance reviews
- Report directly to Area Manager/Operations Head
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory F&B role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS and basic Excel reporting
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Experience with Halal F&B operations is an added advantage.
- Candidates with a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification are preferred. Training support is available for the right candidate.
- Minimum commitment of at least 6 months
