Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payment Collection Executive to manage and follow up on client payments and outstanding invoices. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field collections possess good communication skills and be familiar with maintaining collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients/customers for payment collection as per company schedule.
Maintain proper records of collections and receipts.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding outstanding payments.
Prepare daily reports on collection status and pending follow-ups.
Ensure timely submission of collected payments to the company office.
Maintain good relationships with customers and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in payment or field collection.
Skills: Communication negotiation basic record-keeping customer handling.
