We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learner Success Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in learner support academic coordination and administrative operations within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Learner Success Coaches and Academic Operations team to ensure that our learners receive world-class support throughout their learning journey. You will play an important role in coordinating academic activities providing administrative support and contributing to a high-quality learner experience.
Requirements
Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelors degree in Business Management Administration or a related field.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
Passion for education learner engagement and operational efficiency.
Reliable internet connectivity and a professional quiet remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supporting Learner Success Coaches with academic coordination course administration and learner engagement.
Acting as a first point of contact for learners and managing email and telephonic queries professionally.
Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate records in line with POPIA and company standards.
Assisting with course scheduling certificate preparation and data management.
Contributing to the ongoing improvement of learner success processes and reporting.
