Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on VinFast electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
Perform and validate FOTA (Firmware Over-the-Air) updates on vehicles ensuring smooth deployment and software integrity.
Collaborate with after-sales teams dealerships and service centers to resolve complex vehicle issues.
Document findings technical solutions and recommend corrective actions for recurring problems.
Support training and knowledge transfer for service technicians on diagnostics and software updates.
Liaise with R&D and product engineering teams for continuous improvement in vehicle systems.
Ensure adherence to safety standards regulatory requirements and company protocols.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies.
Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms.
Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture.
Proficient in English (reading writing and communication).
Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
