Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter
Collaborate closely with Product Managers UI/UX Designers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Effectively manage and prioritize assigned tasks ensuring commitments are delivered on time and with high quality
Break down features and requirements into clear actionable tasks with realistic estimates
Work with Backend Engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow and performance
Actively contribute feedback ideas and technical insights to improve product specifications and user experience
Proactively identify troubleshoot and fix usability performance and stability issues
Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Mentor and support junior engineers in both technical skills and professional growth
Take ownership of features from design to production and post-release improvement

Requirements:

5 years of experience in mobile engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter in production environments
Solid experience in Android and/or iOS native development
Strong task planning estimation and prioritization skills
Proven experience working in Agile environments and continuous delivery
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile best practices
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice To Have:

Experience working with Salesforce-based systems
Fluency in Japanese or prior experience working with Japanese companies/clients
Experience building education or learning platforms
