Job Title: UK Sales Development Representative
Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Philippine Time)
Monday to Friday Onsite
Salary: 40000
We are hiring two (2) UK B2B Outbound Sales Representatives to support Boomerings expansion in the UK professional services market.
The role involves engaging with decision-makers across multiple sectors generating qualified leads and initiating new business opportunities.
The successful candidates will possess strong communication skills a consultative sales approach and the ability to conduct structured B2B conversations with UK-based professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to companies in the UK across construction design and professional service industries.
Identify and qualify business opportunities by gathering key company information and project details.
Engage with senior decision-makers (Directors Project Managers Estimators QSs etc.) professionally and persuasively.
Manage call activity and data through the CRM system; maintain accurate lead and call logs.
Follow structured scripts and adapt communication styles to suit the UK business culture.
Work closely with the internal team/s to relay warm leads.
Consistently meet and exceed performance targets for call activity lead quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales Cold Calling or Lead Generation (B2B setting preferred).
Excellent command of spoken and written English; comfortable conversing with UK professionals.
Knowledge of BPO/offshoring operations and familiarity with the UK market is an advantage.
Experience in working with CRMs and structured reporting tools.
Strong listening skills and business acumen.
Background in construction or professional services is an advantage.
Goal-oriented resilient and capable of handling high call volumes with professionalism.
