This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months experience in estate agency who is looking to progress into valuations and listings. What Youll Be Doing

• Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors providing exceptional customer service.
• Arranging and attending property viewings handling offers and guiding clients through the sales process.
• Managing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
• Working closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors and the lettings team to maximise opportunities.

What Were Looking For

• A minimum of 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator.
• Ambitious target-driven and passionate about delivering results.
• A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional personable and motivated to develop your career.
